Radisson Blu Resort Jizan

This hotel is an absolute joke. The swimming pools are filthy, and the staff ignore your complaints. I couldn't even get a pillow when I asked-unimaginable! I almost wanted to give a good review, but the noise of unchecked children everywhere made it impossible to relax. Truly disappointing.

welcoming staff and excellent location by the sea, everything was great. the rooms were exceptional and reasonably large here with seaview and hotelthe 2 phones, for instance. location: the hotel was just next door to airport and shopping malls, the restaurant, and radisson blu jizan. also, al khazzan park was 3 miles away. the lobby restaurant served good choice of great food. appreciated the stay, it was really really nice for 1 night on a business trip.

Request a room on a higher floor for better views and reduced noise from the restaurant area.

The spacious room wasnice and neat, with an inviting sea view, made mornings good. Staff members were friendly. The noise from the pool area and limited dining options could use enhancement. It's a relaxing spot, just a bit more attention needed to elevate the experience.

The location is beautiful and convenient for shopping.

The room had a moldy smell that was unbearable. Housekeeping completely ignored our requests, which left us with dirty dishes outside our door for days. The overall cleanliness of the pool area was appalling, and the garden looked neglected with trash lingering all around.

Spacious Executive Room Partial Sea View with a beautiful view of the beach. Playground was great for kids, but staff responsiveness was lacking. Dirty pool area diminished the experience. Good location near restaurants.

Fine views but needs attention

The location is amazing, with a amazing view of the sea that makes mornings good. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes that set a great tone for the day. I noticed that the cleanliness in some areas, particularly around the pool and outdoor spaces, could definitely be improved to enhance the overall experience.

Awesome place with amenities like free Wi-Fi, a fitness centre, and an outdoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me find great places to eat. I highly recommend trying the spa before you leave, and I'm coming back for a business trip.

I stayed for 2 nights in jizan and enjoyed my time here. The spacious room was cozy. The overall experience was a pleasant upgrade from my previous budget stays in the city.

the restaurant food quality was poor.

The main foyer was quite excellent! High ceilings, spacious and the view out to the sea was amazing. Room service could be better though, waited 40 minutes for a burger that was supposed to be medium rare but came out well done, very chewy.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for what I got.

I recently stayed at Radisson Blu in Jizan for a short getaway by the sea. The room with sea and pool views was spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff, especially Abdullah Mushari at the reception, treated us with great politeness and patience. The swimming pool was clean and quiet in the morning, and the breakfast offered a good selection of tasty food. I am happy to have such a nice resort nearby.
